We want to make sure we are representing your message, your style, YOU. So please fill out this questionnaire and submit it to us. We will then get started on the services you purchased.

Few Other Notes:

*If we are setting up Instagram for you, we will need an email address to setup your Author Instagram account. Please give us an email that is NOT linked to a current Instagram account.

*If you already have an Instagram account, please provide the username / password and a cellphone number where you can be reached via text if a security code is needed.

*If you already have an Instagram account, it could take us up to 10 days to link the FB page to that Instagram account.
